This multi-function, compact table-top Combination Food Processor allows for a broad variety of cuts and bowl cutter preparations. The powerful industrial induction motor for heavy duty use guarantees durability and reliability. The 2 HP direct drive motor with stainless steel shaft is built on ball bearings for silent running without vibration–no belts, no brushes, no maintenance. The 3L gray composite material bowl with handle features a twin-blade assembly to process both large and small quantities. The veg prep attachment has a large hopper (surface area 16 in²) designed for cutting bulky vegetables such as cabbage, onion, lettuce and tomatoes. Continuous ejection saves time.Â
It is easy to clean and simple to store – even in the tiniest of kitchens. It includes a cutter to chop, emulsify, knead, grind and prepare sauces, as well as a vegetable slicer to easily slice, grate, julienne, ripple cutting and dicing for salads, sandwich filling and general daily food preparation.
