Since its introduction in 1959, Scotch-Brite has continuously improved its scouring hand pad for the food service industry. As part of this 60-year evolution, Scotch-Brite is now introducing the reinvented pad, the Scotch-Brite Dual Purpose Scouring Pad.
This is not just another scrubbing pad. Designed for medium-duty general-purpose cleaning, the innovative construction helps you cut through stubborn food 5 times faster than non-3M medium-duty pads. That means you can clean aluminum pots and pans, cooking appliances and utensils, and kitchen and maintenance equipment in less time and with greater ease. The smooth gray side scours away fine food particles and leaves a shiny surface while the yellow side takes care of the rest. The power dots, abrasive raised bumps on the yellow side, were engineered to be more durable and effective at removing baked-on and burnt-on food. This side is also specially treated to prevent food particles from getting trapped in the webbing, making rinsing the pad easier and extending the overall lifetime.
The material is improved, and the hexagonal design is more ergonomic and functional. The two additional edges provide more corners that help you get into those hard-to-reach places without sacrificing more elbow grease.
